    The Legends Program at Bedrock CrossFit can help improve your health regardless of current physical ability.

    The Legends Program is specifically designed for those approximately aged 65+ or anyone looking to help improve bone density, cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of developing age-related degenerative diseases.

    This 8-week program runs from Monday, October 15th to Friday, December 7th on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30-2:30 pm.

    Losing a 100 pounds is no easy feat and we get that. But we also have experience and success with dramatic weight loss. Our Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant has personally lost 130 pounds. She was once 295 pounds and after years of struggling to try to lose weight, she found what works: Exercise and a good Nutrition plan. For long-lasting change in your health, you require both.

    We understand that stepping into a CrossFit gym can be intimidating for the majority of people. Which is why we’ve scheduled the CRUSH program during slow times at our gym. Additionally, our community-minded atmosphere at Bedrock CrossFit is inclusive to all.

    The CRUSH program provides you with:
    - An 8-week Fitness Plan Designed to Promote Weight Loss and Longevity
    - 3 Workouts Per Week led by a Certified CrossFit Coach
    - A support system of peers & coaches
    - Weekly group check-ins to keep you accountable
    - Results!

    The Program runs from July 23rd to September 14th with choice of class times:
    Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:00-9:00 am
    or
    Tuesday, Thursday at 3:00-4:00 pm & Saturday at 11:30 am

    Option to pay in two installments of $300

    This option does NOT include any nutritional services

Olympic Lifting Workshop

    On Saturday, November 3rd from 11:30am to 3:30pm, join Josh Diesel, Head Coach at Valhalla Weightlighting & NCCP Certified Coach, for this 4 Hour Workshop, focused on training and strengthening the two Olympic Lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

    The 4 Hour Workshop Will Include:
    A Brief History & Introduction to the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk
    Snatch Specific Drills Including Low & High Pull
    Lifts Focused on Building Up to a Fully Executed Snatch
    Clean Specific Drills Including Low & High Pull
    Lifts Focused on Building Up to a Fully Executed Clean
    Review of Various Jerk Positions with Emphasis on the Split & Power Jerk
    Additional Cues & Corrections to Improve Individual Technique
    Improving Lift Specific Range of Motion & Mobility

    Open To All Levels & Abilities.

    CrossFit Teens is back this fall! The program will include a structured introduction to weight training, mobility, and workouts that will challenge their speed and agility. These classes will be designed to complement many sports such as hockey, football, lacrosse, and archery!

    CrossFit Teens is open to 10-14 year olds.

    The program runs from September 6th, 2018 to October 11th, 2018

    Classes Times & Cost: $170
