    The Legends Program at Bedrock CrossFit can help improve your health regardless of current physical ability.

    The Legends Program is specifically designed for those ages 65+ or anyone looking for a slower paced class with several modifications. Physical exercise can help improve bone density, cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of developing degenerative diseases.

    This 8-week program runs from July 23rd to September 14th on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:30-2:30 pm.

CRUSH Obesity Program

  • Do you have more than 100 pounds to lose? Are you ready to CRUSH Obesity?

    Losing a 100 pounds is no easy feat and we get that. But we also have experience and success with dramatic weight loss. Our Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant has personally lost 130 pounds. She was once 295 pounds and after years of struggling to try to lose weight, she found what works: Exercise and a good Nutrition plan. For long-lasting change in your health, you require both. Which is why Bedrock CrossFit has partnered with Simply Nurtured to bring you this comprehensive program.

    We understand that stepping into a CrossFit gym can be intimidating for the majority of people. Which is why we’ve scheduled the CRUSH program during slow times at our gym. Additionally, our community-minded atmosphere at Bedrock CrossFit is inclusive to all.

    The CRUSH program provides you with:
    - An 8-week Fitness and Nutrition Plan Designed to Promote Weight Loss and Longevity
    - 3 Workouts Per Week led by a Certified CrossFit Coach
    - A support system of peers, coaches and a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant
    - Weekly educational tips on lifestyle factors that affect weight loss
    - Weekly group check-ins to keep you accountable
    - Results!

    The Program runs from July 23rd to September 14th with choice of class times:
    Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:00-9:00 am
    or
    Tuesday, Thursday at 3:00-4:00 pm & Saturday at 11:30 am

    Join Ashley Myers BKin, Ultra-Endurance Athlete & Coach for this 5 part training program designed to give you every tool you need to become an effective and efficient runner.

    Sessions require no prior experience but will require 2 hours of pre-work conditioning, along with week-to-week homework between sessions.

    This course will be conducted over 5 sessions. These workshops include:

    Day 1: 3hrs Bedrock CrossFit and Local Paths – Saturday, May 26 @ 11:15 am (3 hours)

    60min – Shop Talk on Gear, Devices and Training Theory

Hunt Weiser- 2018 Summer Edition

    Presented by Bedrock CrossFit & Jim-Bows Archery

    Get ready for hunting season with Hunt Weiser! This specifically designed program will help you to prepare for the physical demands of any hunting expedition.

    This 7-Week Program will be held from Tuesday, July 3rd to Thursday, August 16th. Two 90-minute classes will be held each week & will include:
    - Instructor guided target archery work
    - Workouts specifically designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance of a hunter
    - Dynamic warm-ups and Injury prevention routines
    - The skills and drills to able you to Hunt Weiser

    Bedrock CrossFit will be providing the Strength & Conditioning Coaches and necessary fitness equipment. Archery lanes, as well as shooting instruction and feedback will be provided by Jim-Bows Archery. All registrants must provide own bow.

    90-Minute Classes held Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
    Investment: $385.00 Per Participant
