Pull-Up Workshop - Jan 3, 2019

    The Pull-Up Workshop can help your pull-ups regardless of where your current strength level is.

    This 60-minute workshop with Coach Jeff on Thursday, January 3rd at 6:30 pm will focus on:
    - Your pull-up strength, and tips and strategies to get past any barriers
    - Assessing your mobility and stability
    - Learning proper pulling mechanics and sequencing, to improve technical ability
    - Different movement variations and progressions

Handstand Hold Workshop (no black strap included)- Jan 28, 2019

    The handstand hold is one the most undervalued movements in CrossFit. Its application and regular performance can produce better movement during any WOD.

    This 90-minute workshop with Coach Dawn and Yoga Instructor, Marnie Harfield includes:
    • How to properly warm up and prepare our bodies for handstand holds
    • Proper body position for handstand holds
    • How to strengthen and mobilize for handstand holds
    • Progressions to work up to the handstand hold
    • Mindset necessary to understand balancing on your hands

    Winter Session

    CrossFit Teens will include a structured introduction to weight training, mobility, and workouts that will challenge their speed and agility. These classes will be designed to complement many sports such as hockey, football, lacrosse, and archery!

    CrossFit Teens is open to 10-14-year-olds.

    The program runs from January 14th, 2018 to March 18th, 2019

    9 Classes
    Classes Times: Mondays @ 7:30pm - 8:30 pm
    Cost: $180


    Note: If we see that a teen's technique is appropriate athletes may be given barbells & parents must be comfortable with teens lifting 20 pounds or greater. Hunt Weiser Spring Indoor & Outdoor Program 2019

    This 8-week Hunt Weiser Program is designed to get you ready for Hunting season! After completing Hunt Weiser you will be able to lift and carry more weight, slow your heart rate to focus on your target and recover more quickly from the demands of any hunting expedition.

    Beginning at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 12th, each 90-minute class will include instructor guided target archery work, skill, and drills, and then will finish with a workout designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance; preparing participants to hunt and shoot longer, farther and harder. Our Spring Hunt Weiser Program will be held inside and potentially outside weather depending.

    All registrants must provide their own bow. 
    90 Minute Classes: Tuesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Hunt Weiser Winter Rowing Biathlon Program 2019

    This 8-week Hunt Weiser Winter Rowing Biathlon Program will provide bowhunters and target archers a strength and conditioning program catered specifically to the demands of their sport.

    Beginning at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 15th, each 90-minute class will include instructor guided target archery work, erg rowing skill, and drills, and then will finish with a workout designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance; preparing participants to hunt and shoot longer, farther and harder.

Legends - Winter 2019

    The Legends Program is specifically designed for those approximately aged 65+ or anyone looking to help improve bone density, cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of developing age-related degenerative diseases.

    This 10-week program runs from Wednesday, January 2nd to Wednesday, March 6th on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30-2:30 pm.

Hunt Weiser Summer Challenge Prep Program 2019

    Our coaches recognize that fitness is an important piece of equipment that can make you a better hunter! Hunt Weiser will propel any serious hunter who wants to be fit for their sport. If you’re a hunter looking for a tailored fitness program, Hunt Weiser is for you!
    The Summer Challenge Prep program is a twice per week program for 8 weeks. Beginning at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 18th, each 90-minute class will include instructor guided target archery work, skill, and drills, and then will finish with a workout designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance; preparing participants to hunt and shoot longer, farther and harder.

    All registrants must provide their own bow.
